Update: as of today this issue seems to be resolved and able to use my phone number only for reward points. Whenever a company says you can only use an app to receive rewards for buying or using a product, just take into consideration the thousands and thousands of people who can't use an app much less a cell phone. The disabled or challenged people who are losing out on rewards due to this forced practice of "Only can use the app to get rewards" seems like discrimination for challenged people. I've updated my star rating from 1 to 5 as everyone was nice at the store we frequent. Leave me a number or email to contact me as I won't leave it here. Have been a loyalty customer for three years now and have never had a problem providing my phone number at the register during checkout to receive my disabled cousins reward points who is the one who buys the frozen meals in store because it's easy for him because he only knows how to use a microwave to warm his meals. He's 72 years old and I help him as we go almost every week to the store in Newport KY 41071 to get his meals. Today while at checkout we were informed that our phone number was no longer used to get the reward points that we would have to use the app only for rewards. How is a handicap person who doesn't use a cell phone able to get rewards? Are the elderly and handicap forced to only use the app to get any rewards? I used my phone number and signed up a few years ago on the rewards program site and now being told we can't use our phone number that the app has to be used. VERY disappointed in this requirement as he has now been cheated out of over 200 +points or more the past few visits when they pretended to put in our phone number for the rewards and now not showing up on the LOYALTY program website. This is not what the loyalty programs website says!! Just a phone number is needed to get rewards. Unbelievable.

Came in to Clean Eatz for the first time today. Had been wanting to try it for a while, and finally got the chance. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Jeremy was really helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions, even some before I asked some. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. Jeremy and I were able to chat for a moment and his story of why he wanted to work at Clean Eatz in the first place was inspiring. You don’t find employees like this anymore. Clean Eatz is lucky to have him and he would make a good addition to whatever marketing team you all might have. Thanks for all of the help, today Jeremy. I will definitely continue coming to Clean Eatz based on today’s experience.

I’m loving the southwest bison wrap with sweet fries. The apple slices and special dipping sauce was amazing. Store is super clean and staff is so nice! New favorite spot! Next time I’m shopping for some of the meal prep items they have.

Lots of healthy options. They even have prepared meals to go. I got the chicken and ranch flat bread. Sweet potato fries were amazing.

I’m usually in this location at least once or twice a week. The food is always consistently great, with a great variety of options, along with the seasonal options that are a tasty chnage (turkey burnt ends are amazing!). The atmosphere is great, it’s always clean, and the staff is great. Specifically James, he always has a great attitude and actually made the effort to learn my name, introduce me to the other team members, and even some other customers at times. There are times where I’ve walked in the door and James has hollered out “Hey, Craig is here!”. I understand this type of conversation may not be for everyone, and James never makes it uncomfortable with the attention. He knows his customers and treats them well. Delicious, guilt-free food and fantastic staff + ownership. Brought the whole family to eat- my kids love their pizza rolls! I got one of their melts and it was a generous portion and delicious. Will be back to try their protein coffee!

I’ve been coming to clean eatz for 10 plus years and have always had a great experience - they have always went above and beyond with needs I’ve had - Sam, James, and Brooklyn have been great with any questions I have had with a good attitude - the food and sauces they use are phenomenal, customer service is great, and the store itself is always clean and well maintained - thank you clean eatz for providing exceptional service!

I never thought that I would find a healthy food spot locally that was delicious, but this place did it for me. It made me so excited because they have meal prep as well. It was so good that I bought a shirt and hat as well ☺️

This is the first time I've tried the custom made take home fresh meals and they are absolutely amazing! Samantha really went out of her way to make these feel catered to my needs and wants. The breakfast sandwiches have also been a great addition to my meal plan. I'll definitely be back for more.
